Indian Woman Passing By
By Ben Rasnic

Pure elegance
just waltzed
past my bay window

in a pale green sarong
swaying gently
in a summer evening breeze;

slowly sweeping
the soft sweet magical scent
of mango in air,

lotus petals drift,
then silently vanish
before I chance
to savor.
